The first step at CrossFit Chula Vista is a free Introductory Workout. This is a complimentary one-on-one training session where you will experience a CrossFit workout. We want to meet your needs by assessing your fitness level and discussing your goals.

Women’s Fitness World
Aerobics, Low Impact and Reebok Step classes start as early as 5:30 a.m. and are held every day of the week. Try a class with one of the great Aerobics Instructors to trim up and firm your body. Special “low-impact” flooring helps you get results while protecting your joints, spine and lower back.
