    Hello,
My duaghter is a competitive tennis player who participates in Junior Open tournaments throughout Southern California. She is just finishing her Sophomore year in high school on Tuesday. This year she finished the San Diego County CIF tournament as a quarterfinalist adn ranked in Southern California in the 50s. She has set her junior goals to be a CIF finalist this year’s tournament which is typically held in November. She trains at the Barnes Youth Tennis Academy in Point Loma so she gets excellent tennis training in mechanics and court strategy. However, I believe that she needs better fitness, conditioning and explosivenss to get the proper position prior to striking the ball. Do you have a program that we could benefit from that could be tailored to fit our daughter’s needs. She has another girl, also an open level tennis player, who she could potentially pair up with if that would be beneficial.

    Thank you.
